THE THEORY OF « EVENTALISM »

A NEW SCIENCE OF HISTORY BY EVENTS AND
A TOOL FOR STATESMEN

4- A RATIONAL AND OPERATIONAL SCIENCE

  Eventalism thus permits the study of History with an entirely new dimension :

   - 1- History leaves the realm of the « social sciences » and enters that of the « rational or exact sciences », with a share of relativity as in physics.
    - 2- The study of History is no longer passive, looking towards the past, it becomes active in actually predicting future events.
    - 3- Eventalism and its Laws form a strategically tool for Statesmen to use in foreign politics, which will enable them to best prepare their Nations to assume the framework of their destinies.

  This operative practice of Eventalism, with its aim of controlling the course of actual Histories, is illustrated in the book «Nocam Chronical. History told by an Initiated» (Book I) .In this book, an example of a missed attempt is told; how the course of Vietnam War could have been managed differently and with far less cost for the USA if JFK had followed « certain advice ». As recent example of a prediction of a future event is illustrated in the Note about Jacques CHIRAC just before his election to French Presidency.
