7- COMPLEXITY AND COMPUTERIZATION

  Eventalism is still in its early stages. Now that the tandem experimental study « ROME and the USA » is completed, the correlation between « the people of the American territory » and the « people of Italy of 2 160 years ago », the global « ROME-USA » correlation and the rational Laws of History, all appear clearly and those who study this paper will no longer be able to doubt.

  However, before this study was realized, none of this was obvious at first glance, for if it was, it is sure that the Theory of Eventalism would have been discovered and studied centuries ago.

  In spite of this, this experimental subject, « ROME-USA », was a relatively scholarly subject, lending itself easily to demonstration. For the other Nations and their past historical destinies, the study is much more laborious. Complementary Laws to those set forth in the « Book of Nocam » remain to be explained.

  In addition, in order to control the future, an enormous quantity of work remains to be done, the analysis and structuring of the past, and the prediction of the future. This implies nothing less than the study of all world events, Nation by Nation, for the past 3 000 years at least !

  Luckily, Eventalism is a science that quantifies History, the quanta being the occurrence, and transforms it into a data base. And for this type of measure a remarkable tool is available : the computer.

  THIS IS THE MAJOR PROJECT THAT HUMANITY, UNDER THE AEGIS OF THE UNITED NATIONS OR THE USA, MUST LAUNCH.
